****New for the Spring 2023 Season****

We are pleased to announce a new end of season NCSA award that all head coaches can become eligible for based on their sportsmanship record during the season. Every head coach who has achieved an excellent sportsmanship record (defined as no cards issued to any of the coaches on his/her team for the entire season) will be eligible for the Excellence in Sportsmanship Award. Among those eligible, 5 winners will be randomly selected to each win a $100 Dick’s Sporting Goods Gift Card. The award is limited to 1 entry per team, not per coach. The award and eligibility is team specific, not coach specific.

In creating a respectful and healthy game day experience for players, referees, coaches and spectators, we also ask that you read and adhere to our new Good Sportsmanship Pledge. The Good Sportsmanship Pledge: I pledge to follow all the laws of the game I love, respect all calls and decisions of the referees and game officials, set a good example for my players and parents, create an enjoyable environment for kids to learn soccer, and act in a manner consistent with excellence in sportsmanship and fair play. I also acknowledge that winning is not everything, and mistakes and losing are teachable moments that should be embraced as opportunities for growth.
